Eligible orders can be collected from an enabled showroom after identity and collection-code checks. Wait for the ready-to-collect notification before travelling.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible, unworn standard pieces may be requested for return within 60 days. Personalised, engraved, resized and bespoke pieces may be restricted unless faulty.
